It was determined that the cause of the outages was related to the server hosting company that Kasteria had been using. In order to prevent further disruptions, the team has decided to move to a new, dedicated server and switch to a different hosting - one that has never let us down.

To apologize for the inconvenience caused by the outages and to thank our loyal players for their patience and understanding, the Kasteria Team will be offering compensation in the form of an experience boost for players in the Infinity and Fidelity worlds. Specifically, players in the Infinity world will receive a 50% extra experience boost until January 22nd, while players in the Fidelity world will receive a 25% extra experience boost until the same date.

We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for any frustration or inconvenience that may have been caused by the recent outages.
